Seamus Dunne,

Corheens, Breaffy, Castlebar formerly of Parke, Castlebar.

Month’s Mind Mass in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Sunday, 28th July 2024 at 11a.m.

We, the family of the late Seamus Dunne, will be forever grateful to family, relatives, neighbours and friends for the overwhelming support we received during our time of loss.
We would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral home and Funeral Mass, as well as those who sent cards, flowers, posted online condolences and travelled from afar to be with us. Your presence and kindness meant a great deal to us. We would like to express our gratitude for those who dropped food to our home and directed traffic on the day of the Funeral Mass as well as those who stood outside their homes to pay their respects.
We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Priests and Church singers for making the Funeral Mass such a special occasion as well as family members who did readings, brought up gifts and played the bagpipes.
We are grateful to Moran’s Funeral Director for their compassionate and practical guidance throughout this difficult time and for the grave diggers who prepared Seamus’ place of rest.
A special thank you to the dedicated staff of Cuan Caitriona Nursing Home who cared for Seamus with such compassion and professionalism. We would also like to acknowledge the people who visited Seamus while he was a resident there and to thank our next door neighbours who organised transportarion home for Seamus over the past few years and for their endless offers of help.
As we are unable to thank you all individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
